On Friday, June 4th, Rutherford Dust Society will host a one-hour virtual event for members of the wine trade from all over the world. Presented in collaboration with notable sommelier Chris Sawyer, this one-hour virtual session will showcase “Rutherford from the Sky”. Member wineries will have the opportunity to have their Premiere lot wines tasted by our panelists in advance and featured during the live discussion. 

To take Rutherford’s presence to the next level this year, we also plan to record a fun, lighthearted video showcasing the personality of Rutherford. The video will be used as a sizzle reel to build excitement in the weeks leading up to the virtual event. Taking inspiration from Instagram, this video may take the form of a choreographed dance routine (no experience or talent needed!). More details to come.
