Event Theme: ‘Rutherford on the Red Carpet’, Rolling out the best of the 2021 vintage.

At the event, there will be photo opportunities and signage describing Rutherford’s star-studded history and many links to prominent films and filmmakers. Are you ready for your cameo? Dress to impress and be ready to share your stories!

Location: This event will be held indoors. Prepare for cellar temperature and dress accordingly. 

Parking: To be determined

Wine: In addition to your PNV lot wine, you may pour an additional Rutherford AVA wine. Your lot number and additional Rutherford AVA wine will be listed in the program. We anticipate 150-200 trade guests.

Staff: Please prepare to have 2 staffers or a split schedule for your tasting. There will not be onsite staff available to relieve your staff person for breaks, please plan accordingly. 

Supplies: All wineries will pour from barrel tops with a shared counter. Tables, table cloths, spittoons, glassware, and ice buckets will be provided. Please provide your own wine keys and decanters.

Covid Protocols: We will be following guidelines determined by NVV for this event. 

Scent:  Due to the nature of this tasting, it is important to maintain a neutral-smelling environment. Please advise your staff to avoid scented perfumes, colognes, and lotions. 

Load out: After the event, please take all your supplies with you including open bottles of wine.
